Crashes Constantly

iPhone 5s, OS 10.0.2, TV shows no worky. Load listings, select show, watch the word "loading" and OSC appear, fail. No error message. Restart fixes temporarily. Memory leak? Device access issue? Pointer circle??? Is this--like, the new norm? Modern OS memory management issues? Kick to desktop--sorry, "springboard"--and return no error message? Yall have experience with error handling, right?
